Who?
Hey there, I’m Lauren or Luna S. Myers. Yes you can use either name, and yes I know it’s strange to have two names, but we’re all about the strange over here! I’m a television screenwriter and producer who also writes poetry on the side.
What?
This place is a one-stop shop for all things me! From contact info, portfolio pieces, to just content straight from my mind, you can find pretty much anything you want to know about me and my work here on this website! This is also acting as a home base for my professional writing course at Kennesaw State University.
When?
I was born back in 2004, so you can do the math on that one. I decided I wanted to pursue a career in film in 2019, and have been actively working and writing scripts since 2021! I also graduated with my Associate’s in Radio/Television Broadcasting from Gulf Coast State College in 2023 and have continued working on a Bachelor’s in English with a focus in Film and TV studies as of recent.
Where?
I’m currently located in the larger Atlanta area as I finish up my education, and spend chunks of my time in Florida when I visit family on breaks. I do however plan on continuing my career in Atlanta, as I love the city! I also travel quite a bit with my friends in my free time.
Why?
I’ve been meaning to get a website back up and running for a long time now, as I previously had one that I didn’t keep up with all that well. However, of course I’m mainly here to fulfill a class requirement (pretty cool class at that). I’m hoping that this will restart my online presence and keep me interested in having a digital space while I continue writing and producing!
